Laws vary from state to state so it is recommended that your customized contract complies with your state laws. This contract is written according to US law so we can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for Canadian photography studios, but as the US and Canada have very similar legal structures, you shouldn't have to change it very much for Canadian clients. While our contract covers an extreme amount of details, be sure to consult a lawyer prior to use to ensure you are legally covered for your area.
